Check out the website Humble Bundle.
They have great bundles where you can pay as much as you want for several games and a portion will go to a charity.
They have a new bundle every couple weeks as well as a weekly bundle and an actual store with other sales.
I've gotten several titles worth $20-$30+ for about $1 each after paying for some of the bundles.

Steam Sales

Steam is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, game client for the computer. There is a big community of gamers to play and interact with. The best thing are their sales! Their biggest sales are during the seasons, such as the Summer Sale and the Winter Sale. You can get games up to 90% off and even get whole game developer bundles for a huge discount. Right now their promotion is the Square Enix developer bundle, up to 85% off!

They also have daily sales, weekly sales, and even weekend sales. Sometimes they even let you play a game for free for the weekend while its on sale!

CD KEYS

CD KEYS is a great website to get cheap games for your computer. If a game you want on Steam, Origin, or another website isn't on sale you can always check here. You just buy the game and they give you a code to claim the game on the specific platform such as Uplay, Steam, Origin, etc. For example there is a new game called Far Cry Primal which just came out for $60. Right now its only $32.67 on the cd keys website! 

The great thing about this site is its not just for the PC, they also sell games for the Xbox and Playstation.

Another great site for discounted computer games. I am subscribed to their emails and get one every so often with a 20+% off any game code, plus other codes. They always have great sales, if one of the other sites listed here doesn't have your favorite game on sale, check here!
